Pricing questions
- What counts as 1 credit?
- One complete service: pickup from your door, folding at a JustFold-trained provider, and next-day delivery back. Each credit covers up to 30 lb of clean laundry.
- What if I don’t use all my credits?
- Unused credits roll over for 3 months. They never expire as long as your subscription is active within that window.
- What if my laundry is more than 30 lb?
- Larger loads use 2 credits. You’ll see the estimate before you confirm the order, so nothing is ever a surprise.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the app in two taps. Credits you’ve already earned stay usable for 6 months after cancellation.
- Do you charge by the pound?
- No. We deliberately moved away from per-pound pricing. It meant customers had to weigh their laundry before a pickup, which defeats the point. Flat credits are simpler and make monthly spend predictable.
- How does insurance coverage work?
- Every order is protected at no extra cost, with coverage included in your plan: up to $300 on Basic and $500 on Standard. There are no per-order insurance add-ons.
